Macedonian Cooking Class

You can’t say you’ve lived somewhere without tasting the local cuisine. We are proud of our Macedonian dishes and specialities which we are more than happy to teach to curious foodies from abroad.
Join us on our culinary adventure where together with the gastronomy students in the “Kole Nehtenin” vocational high school we’ll learn how to make some of the most mouthwatering traditional Macedonian dishes while instructed by the school’s professors who are professional chefs. We’ll do our best on the cooking part and then enjoy the tasty dishes we prepared ourselves.
In this class, we will make Stuffed Peppers. For dessert, we’ll prepare some of our student’s favourite “Trileche”.
